****You will have the opportunity to**:- Organise Team Events & Socials, and contribute to our Annual Company Meet-Ups to maintain and develop employee cohesion.- Process and maintain reports to contribute to international projects.- Be numerically driven and research-minded to contribute and innovate day-to-day management of the office- Provide the best experience in our Guadalajara space, ensuring comfort, safety, functionality and efficiency.- Manage the relationship with all the internal/external vendors related to office needs.- Coordinate, book and supervise travel and accommodation for internal corporate travel.
**Qualifications**:**Some opportunities that you could have in a future**:- Social Events for internal and external attendees.- Grow in the Operations department to an associate role or start your path into People Experience.- Learn more about the People function and help our HR team supporting the growth and happiness of our team.
**This role would be best suited to someone who has**:- Proficient in English and Spanish.- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.- A solutions-oriented and results-driven mindset, with a high attention to detail.- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
