Hr Assistant Internship

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented internto join our Human Resources team as an HR Assistant Intern.
This internship provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR administration within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Assist in organizing and coordinating HR projects and initiatives.
Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Assist with HR communications, including drafting emails, announcements, and documentation.
Help with organizing and maintaining HR files, records, and documentation in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
Collaborate with team members on special projects and assignments as needed.
Requirements Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
