AgileEngine is looking for an enthusiastic office manager in Mexico to help our HR team increase people engagement by providing support to internal departments on different operational processes to ensure an efficient run of the company location.

**You will work with**
- Engage as support for HR-related processes (onboarding, background check, off-boarding, and evaluation processes).
- The end-to-end process of purchasing office supplies and equipment for the entire staff in accordance with company policies and budgetary restrictions.
- HR team to handle requests - surveys, purchase orders, etc.
- Maintain HRIS information up-to-date (general updates for contractors).
- Assist with coordination of annual parties, monthly events, and team-building activities.
- Manage expense reports and coordinate with Global Offices.
- Functional report to LatAm People Partner Lead
- Keeping up-to-date internal IT equipment inventory system
- HR team to handle requests - surveys, purchase orders, etc.
- Maintain HRIS information up-to-date (general updates for contractors).
- Assist with coordination of annual parties, monthly events, and team-building activities.
- Manage expense reports and coordinate with Global Offices.
- Functional report to LatAm People Partner Lead
**Our team is looking for someone who has**
- Experience as an office manager or HR-related roles.
- Proactive attitude and ownership mentality.
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
- Track record of exercised good judgment, tact, and patience.
- Computer literacy, specifically GSuite.
- Strong communication skills
- Great organizational skills
