THE ROLE
The HR Ops Associate Managerrole is responsibr leading core processes around Productivity initiatives (i.e. severances). This role will also lead acets of the severance programs, including HRBP Confidencial, quarterly reporting, coordinating with local sector teams/COE and PwC.
This role will also be responsibr managing the North America Car program which includes ,0 Saleet vehicle program, the CanadiVR program and the rollout of a new mileage tracker applicatir professional employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountabilities
Project managing global productivity projects & companded restructuring activities (e.g., Atlantic, Odyssey, Atlas, GBS, etc.).
Lead the coordination of approx. $00MM in annual productivity activities across sub-functions consisting primarily of Sr. Dir level & above team members within a tight timeframe.
Productivity activities include design, project plan, Confidencial materials, communications, development of key documents/agreements/packages, vendor management, etc.;
Review and reconcile period and quarterly reporr Controlsto ensure accurar internal and rnal reporting (impacted list, severance costs, retirement costs, LTI, Accruing Entity, etc.);
Update global G&A cost estimate moder L1-LG8 across 80 countries; and
Ensure quarterly reporting of Hourly severances to Controls.
Provide guidance and leadership support to GBS
Program Accountabilities
Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor programs
Analyze program effectiveness and efficiency while providing recommendatior continuous improvement
Provide guidance and leadership support to GBS
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
Closely with Sector Total Rewards CoE, Relationship Management teams, and HR business partners
With other Total Reward CoE leaders and key stakeholders to ensure cohesive program policy, governance, and exception management
