Arrow provides extraordinary value to customers and suppliers - the best technology companies in the world - and connects them through the company's industry-leading services.**What You'll Be Doing**:- Answer basic HR policy-related questions for managers, employees and coworkers in Mexico and USA and escalate as appropriate.- Educate clients in Mexico of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday, My Connect, and other systems.- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.- Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team.- Continuously create and define process improvement.**What We're Looking For**- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.- Desirable minimum 1 year of HR service center experience in Mexico and USA's inquiries.- Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field required.- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.- Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to, correspondences and other written materials.- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.- Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.- Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills.- Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette.- Highly prefer experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, Workday.**What's In It for you?**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
