**Position**:HR Associate I, Solutions- Bilingual (Contact Center MX)- ** What We're Looking For**:- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.- Minimum 1 year of HR service center experience in Mexico and USA's inquiries.- Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field required.- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.- Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to, correspondences and other written materials.- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.- Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.- Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills.- Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette.- Highly prefer experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, Workday.- ** What's In It for you?
