.**Job Description Summary**: In this role, you will be responsible for leading on one or more Benefits process(s). Develop an in-depth understanding of Benefits systems, processes, and legislative rules. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions while providing coverage and support as needed. Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement. Promote "Best in Class" service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers.Facilitate & support People Operations Systems across the Region in order to leverage our products offering one solution across the region.**Roles and Responsibilities**- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters.- Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information asks questions and checks for understanding.- Handles simple data entry work requiring face value check and correction.- Manage the metrics of Work Life Balance Benefits to have our internal targes providing guidance in actions plans.- Coach to our team members for support internal and external changes to our business to comply according to law and policies- Vendor Management participating in vendors selection, implementation and doing a compliance review regionally- Engage to our culture and strategies as a company like lean journey to have a simple process and guide the specialist to identify improvements and controls- Develop the training strategy for the benefits under insurances and statutory to reduce the transactions and questions- Supervise the operations for all benefits in this benefits family delivering a good results in accurate and time manner- Coordinate the vendor review about payments aligned process and time but providing a solution with the issues identified- Supervise the communication strategy an active participation in regional projects sharing the critical points for the operation- Lead and connect internal and external with key players across the region defining the best operational model for our processes.**Required Qualifications**- 4-8 years process experience, Payroll & Benefits and HR Operations including local regulations in the region countries.- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area (Business Administration, Human Resources and accountant preferred).- Fluency in English.- Solid understanding of HR, Benefits and Payroll Systems.- Leading Teams**Desired Characteristics**- **Demonstrated organization and analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
