.**The Job**:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Benefits Intern to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and enhancing our employee benefits programs, ensuring smooth daily operations, and fostering effective communication about benefits offerings. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in benefits administration while working with innovative HR systems and programs.**What you will be doing**:- Assists in the implementation and day to day administration of benefit programs including medical, dental, and vision programs in addition to HSA and other benefits offerings.- Learn HRIS systems (Workday, Vendor systems) to assist with Health & Welfare administration- Supports weekly updating of HR and/or vendor systems for weekly enrollment changes, year-end data compliance, system upgrades and enhancements- Assists Benefit Team with planning and coordination of annual events such as benefit fairs and open enrollment activities to include vendor scheduling, activities, and presentation development.**About Epicor**At Epicor, we're truly a team.
