An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen to join our company as an HR Business Partner, where you will be accountable for providing strategic advice to senior leaders regarding our people priorities and for supporting the local implementation of people initiatives aligned to our Life Science business strategy.
Who you are:Graduate University degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or Business Administration.You have at least 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience in a similar position and have knowledge in Talent & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Org.
culture & engagement, Talent Acquisition, and related HR topics.You have previous experience interacting with senior management in a matrix regional organization.You have participated in successful Talent & Culture ground-breaking HR projects and enjoy making an impact through your participation in their implementation.You are a proactive teammate and like to build constructive relationships!You have analytical thinking skills and can work at pace while maintaining appropriate attention to detail and standards.Proficient English skills are needed to have contact with regional customers.Life Science, Chemicals or Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus.
