**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
This role is responsible for setting and deploying the People Business Partner (HRBP) agenda for People Experience & Operations under S&T México Capability Center, on related People topics: Talent, Capability Building, Organization Effectiveness, DE&I, Culture, Engagement, Learning & Development, among others.
This role develops local people strategy aligned to S&T, Global People guidelines and Function transformation, ensuring the right change management strategy and communication plan and a flawless execution.
This role also partners with People Ops and CoEs to ensure Hire to Retire People processes, continuous process improvement and great employee experience across your functions.
**Your Impact**
As People Assoc Manager your scope would consist of
- Partner with People Director and the entire People team to contribute to the Capability Center strategy, processes and standards for all People aspects: strategic plans, technology tools, collaboration mechanisms, integration scope, planning sessions, knowledge transfer and governance, to setup and deploy world class processes. Identifies risks to the delivery of the CC strategy and brings the right resources to the table to support it.
- Support People strategy and coordinate cross-functional / level teams for the execution of initiatives in the field of the designated functions.
- Leads People Planning processes for the designated functions addressesing critical position's succession planning, talent development and action plans for key employee retention.
- Leads local talent management processes for the designated functions ensuring execution of development plans, communications, and ensures the integration cross function.
- Support talent development and inflow/outflow across delivery teams to ensure that future organization structure allows to attract and retain the best talent for the future
- Guide and lead Organizational Design and Implementation according to the business operation continuity, in alignment with Global PBP and leveraging Org Fffectiveness.
- Build and deploy a strong culture/diversity plan for the designated function to support the business objectives achievement and promote employee satisfaction.
- Directs a process of organizational planning that evaluates function structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the functions.
- Support the leaders to manage OHS topics, including the wellness, training, environmental health and safety, activity, and culture and communications committees.
- Determines, recommends and conducts employee labor relations ensuring operation continuity and zero contingencies, in partnership with the local People advisor for each country where we have "in market" resources
- Coach/Mentor functional leaders
- Acts as a catalyst for sustained business performance and ensures that People strategies and plans are translated into concrete actions and tangible results
- Partner with Global HRBPs to define and execute local strategies with clear project timelines and goals.
- Mitigate key risks during integrations: Ensure local mitigation actions are identified, tracked and executed with the right escalation and support model.
- Active networking and integration with PepsiCo Global Functions for best practice sharing and continuous improvement, as well as with local HR business partners for "in market" employees
- Drive team spirit, cultural change and foster diversity and inclusion agenda at the function
- Ensure compliance with the Local legal framework, labor law strategy, SOX requirements, etc.
- Ensure adherence to PepsiCo's policies & guidelines
Qualifications:

- MBA or similar
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- At least 5 years of HR experience
- Business and Technical understanding of PepsiCo
- Proven Strong leadership skills to manage the relation with business leaders as well as technical leaders related with different teams (field and staff)
