We are searching for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.
Perform human resources-related duties at a professional level and may carry out responsibilities in Training function and employee recognition programs.
Essential Functions: Partner with employees and management to coordinate and communicate training programs. STPS compliance. Training rooms management. Coffee Break for training coordination. Budget management. Facilitate or provide training (including onboarding program). Participate in employee recognition programs. Management of new-hire orientations program. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, or related field. Demonstrate knowledge in Federal and State employment labor laws. At least 1 year working with STPS compliance in terms of Training. Management of Office Package. Management of the Tress System. Presentation skills. Knowledge in Manufacturing environments and continuous improvement. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, Excel spreadsheet and database programs. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and manage information with utmost integrity. Must be fluent with verbal and written skills.
