Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Develops and implements people strategy through the execution of HR processes, ensuring effective and sustainable workplace relations, and providing HR support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers.**Your responsibilities**:- Understands and contributes to the overall business and people strategy.- Takes accountability for the overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services.- Determines and delivers the best approach in the area of responsibility and executes the HR priorities while adding value to the business.- Ensures effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organization.- Facilitates the change management initiatives and drives behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.- Supports the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Administration, Psychology, Law or similar.- 5 years of experience in Human Resources and union negotiation roles.- Dealing with labor unions.- Availability to travel (occasionally 20%).- Experience in benefits and payroll.- Conversational English.- Curiosity, Care (information), courage (taking action and responsibility), Collaboration.**More about us**:
