Essential Duties, Goals and Objectives:Labor Law and Compliance: Staying up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure company policies and practices are compliant and minimize legal risks.Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective HR support.Change Management: Skilled in guiding employees and management through organizational changes, including restructuring, mergers, or process improvements.Employee Relations: Managing conflicts, handling employee grievances, and fostering a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.Talent Management: Identifying and developing top talent within the organization, including succession planning and career development.Performance Management: Implementing performance review processes, offering feedback, and assisting in goal setting to enhance employee performance and development.Problem-Solving: Addressing complex HR challenges and finding effective solutions that align with both business and employee needs.Influence and Negotiation: Skilled in persuading and influencing stakeholders, negotiating terms, and mediating conflicts.Project Management: Effectively managing HR projects, such as implementing new policies, training programs, or HR technology systems.What is required:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent.Demonstrable experience in Human Resources positions.
