Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid. This role is contributing to the Electrification Services in LATAM. You will be mainly accountable for:Supports the Electrification Services LATAM regional leaders covering Marketing and Sales and Service Operations, and serve as the first point of contact for employees & managers and provide leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs and HR processes.Provide expertise and guidance in all areas of organization support, including Strategic HR partnership with the Business Leaders and his/her direct reports to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives.This position will directly support sales, including a strong understanding of the people implications of a commercial organization including go-to-market strategies, territory allocation, sales performance measurement & evaluation, and sales incentive plan design and performance.Use data and insights to understand trends, uncover issues, and support decision making and work with business leaders, managers, and HR to implement impactful talent initiatives and programs.Provide timely, effective, and direct coaching to client group people leaders, assisting in the development of world class contemporary leadership skills.Facilitate performance management process; when necessary, conductinvestigations, conflict resolution, employee communications and management coaching within client group.Partner with leaders, managers, and talent partners on workforce planning, hiring, and headcount management. Specific focus on diversity, consistent with ABB's commitments to expand our diversity footprint.Qualifications for the roleBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business or related field.8 years of progressive HR business partnership experience and solid knowledge of local employment and labor laws to ensure compliance.Experience supporting an organization through transformation, including comfort with ambiguity and techniques to support change management
