More than 68,000 associates in 27 countries are passionate about our vision of Saving More Lives.**What will you do**:- Coach business leaders and first line supervisors on handling employee issues.- Assist with Compensation & benefits communications or issues as well as annual salary planning.- Research effectiveness of HR programs and propose improvements to policies, programs and procedures to ensure higher effectiveness and operations- Season HR professional with experience in Training, Labor Relations, Change Management, Staffing- Identify and coordinate employee development programs and training plans.- Assist with talent acquisition (analyze headcount needs, forecast and support process)- Ensure employment law compliance**What is required**:- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources MBA is a plus- 6+ years' experience in Human Resources- Minimum 3 years employee relations experience- Senior experience with union and labor relations is a must- HR experience in manufacturing environment preferred- Advanced English skills will be required for this role- Experience facilitating employee and supervisory training strongly preferred.- Approachable and demonstrated strong trusting relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.- Ability to resolve conflicts objectively.- Effective listening, relationship building and collaboration skills.- Strong organizational and time management skills.**What's in it for you**:- Attractive compensation package- Recognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options and many more perks.- Gender Pay EqualityAutoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
