YOUR TASKS Recruiting process for opening positions in Hellamex site, including posting and interviews.Involve in offer process, request and review documents for hiring process, and set up employee in SAP as part of onboarding.Communicate resignations/terminations internally as appropriate. Prepare documentation and initiate termination process in SAP.Participate in safety committee meetings.Ensure that payroll processes, including deductions, payments, and incidents, are managed effectively.Be involved in annual appraisals, including personnel evaluations, local bonuses, and review processes with department managers.Participate in annual benefits review, budget, headcount, and planning strategy.Organizational management and administrative tasks to keep employees engaged.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree.Advanced level of English.Strong communication skills.Experience in Human Resources department or processes.Even if you do not meet all our requirements, do not hesitate to apply to us, because the further development of our employees is very important to us and opens up a wide range of opportunities for you in our company.
