Hr Business Partner

**Description**The **Human Resources Business Partner** collaborate with its team to ensure the execution of the HR strategies related to bring the right talent required on time, deploy the culture of the company within the new Molex plant and act as the HR lead for the assigned projects / areas to support from a HR perspective.**What You Will Do In Your Role**:1. Determine the basis for the training process aligned with the quality regulations / requirements2. Define the training programs for the plant, from a tracking and content perspective. Soft and hard skills3. Look for optimization of current processes4. Work on the documentation to determine the rules of usage of the plant amenities5. DL - determine resources, plans to bring the talent on time 6. Ensure the correct payment for all the employees.**The Experience You Will Bring**:**Requirements**:- Bachelor Administrative or similar- 3 years in similar roles in contract manufacturers / OEM- Ley Federal del Trabajo (strong labor experience)- Advanced english level- Excellent communication skills- Proactive / Intuitive- Self-driven**What Will Put You Ahead**:- Human Resources Bachelor Degree- Knowledge of automotive industry procedures- Talent Management knowledge- Training knowledge- Knowledge of IMSS (IDSE)- Kronos / SAP / Infor- Knowledge of NOM 035LI-UH1
