With around 37,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of € 8.1 billion on a preliminary basis in the fiscal year 2023.Objective: The HRBP in the automotive industry within a development and design center is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, managing and developing talent, and ensuring an inclusive and productive work environment.YOUR TASKSEffective Communication:Verbal and Written: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in speaking and writing, ensuring information is conveyed accurately at all organizational levels.Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking:Identification and Solution of Problems: Skill in identifying issues, analyzing data, and developing effective solutions.Decision-Making: Evaluating situations and making informed decisions that benefit both employees and business goals.Talent Management and Development:Recruitment and Selection: Understanding the processes and techniques for hiring the right candidates.Training and Development: Facilitating employee growth and development through training programs.Interpersonal Relationships and Collaboration:Empathy and Conflict Resolution: Understanding and sharing the feelings of others, and managing conflicts constructively.Collaboration: Working well with others and contributing to a team, promoting an inclusive and productive work environment.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:BUSINESS PARTNERAdvising and Supporting Top Management:Advising and supporting the top management of a business unit in all HR-relevant topics/issues.Derivation of HR Strategies and Measures:Deriving suitable HR strategies and measures from the business unit strategy and implementing them consistently in cooperation with relevant business units.Optimization of HR Processes and Tools:Setting up or optimizing new or existing HR processes and tools in cooperation with the company's HR functions and ensuring their global implementation.Onboarding and Filling Key Positions:Responsible for the onboarding and filling of key positions within the respective business unit.Design of Performance, Talent, and Succession Management Systems:Helping to design an international performance, talent, and succession management system and ensuring its implementation in the business unit
