Purpose and Mission Responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives for more complex segments (clusters by location / population) within a country
Key Activities and Responsibilities Partner with local management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the business objectives. Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, performance management, and workforce planning. Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce within the local context. Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations. Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve HR practices. Facilitate change management initiatives and support the business through transitions. Act as a coach and mentor to business leaders and HR teams within the locality. Skills Strong knowledge of local employment law, talent management, and organizational development. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics. Previous Experience Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role or similar. Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Master's degree or HR certification preferred. Be bold and take the leap!
