As the Business Partner and Recruiter, you will play a key role in contributing to the success of the IT and Digital Transformation Department by partnering with the Global Chief Information Officer in Mexico to build a global and integrated IT team. By attracting talent, developing and guiding workforce through important change and engaging with leaders worldwide, you will be fostering employee engagement and enhancing employee experience.
