This role requires an action oriented professional, who will be primarily responsible for developing partnerships with our data mastery Service Lines in the Centre & global process owner communities to deliver quality and consistent employee data feeding into HR core & downstream systems, as well enabling great processes within the HR Service Centers that are compliant to design and regulatory requirements and can deliver great Employee and Stakeholder experience.
The role will require you to evaluate our operational methods, tools, capabilities, and risks on a constant basis to identify opportunities for improvement, capability development and transformation.
You will be required to draw insights from data, voice of customers, conduct root cause analysis and drive projects that could span multiple locations and teams, peer support/leadership, operational execution, attention to detail, customer service, analytical problem solving, communications, and continuous improvement.
- Creating an impact in this role requires an excellent Growth Mindset, focused on continual learning, and Customer Obsession to help the teams at the Service Centers make a difference for their stakeholders.
It also needs a problem-solving, programmatic approach to drive consistency in processes & services aligned to Global/Functional/Local policies to exceed performance expectations.
Individual should be self-driven, entrepreneurial, highly collaborative, must have strong oral and written communication, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a can-do attitude.
Finally, this role is ideal for someone who has driven key Operational Excellence projects and Quality Assurance roles and has a passion to fold up their sleeves get involved with the work their teams do.
**Responsibilities**:

- **Be part of the Quality **& Process **Excellence team for HR Services delivered from Mexico City Service Center.
The team will own Quality Assurance activities and Processes Improvements, conduct reviews of HR queries to identify opportunities for improvement.

- **Collaborate with the **Global teams**, Process Architects, Finance (Payroll) etcto drive Quality and processes improvements (People, Tools, Process, Documentation, Experience, and Compliance).
**:

- **Lead deployment efforts for quality/transformation plans across the region.
Identify and share opportunities with Partner teams to operationalize improvement opportunities, stabilize, globalize, and communicate outcomes.
**:

- **Ensures up-to-date documentation of processes, desktop proceduresby leading/driving reviews of the documentation and adjusting in a timely manner.
**:

- **Participates in the design, implementation, and monitoring of preventative and detective internal controls and related processes.
Partners with Solution Managers to design and onboard business data validation controls.
**:

- **Implements project plans and tracks progress and deliverables; contributes insights in project meetings; communicates with relevant stakeholders/project sponsors/steering committee (e.g., business leaders, HR and Engineering partners) about project status and impacts.

- **Judgement and decision making that improve employee service or address privacy/compliance issues with a sense of urgency**:

- **Maintain highly confidential and sensitive information**:

- **Act as a role model for values, ethics, professional conduct, and belief in the Microsoft culture.
Drive the culture of compliance, best practice sharing and customer obsession across Delivery teams.

**Qualifications**:

- **A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required.
Post-Graduation will be an advantage.
**:

- **12 plus years of experience with at least 7 years in Quality/ Operational Excellence related roles.
**:

- **Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt with experience in utilizing business process optimization methodologies will be an advantage.
**:

- **Experience in a Shared Services setup and implementation of corrective and preventive action programs/projects cutting across teams will be a plus.
**:

- **Employee life cycle end-to-end process understanding, ability to develop and maintain processes, documentation**.

- **Demonstrated Leadership skills in driving projects.
Strong planning and organizing capabilities and good communication skills (verbal and written).
**:

- **Possess initiative & drive, with a strong desire to continuously improve processes & deliver against agreed objectives/ service levels and high on customer obsession.

- **Highly collaborative, networking and a demonstrated passion for quality standards, adoption of best practices and processes improvement.

- **Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) with an ability to listen & respond to employees
