.Eaton's looking for a HR Communication Specialist to work at our Juarez plant.**What you'll do**:**Job summary**HR communications specialist is responsible to support the HR function to develop impactful communications to enhance the employee experience. The HR Communications Specialist will help plan, develop, and execute multi-faceted internal communications programs for global colleagues.**Job responsibilities**- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for hourly open positions; collaborates with VS managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health andsafety; and training and development.- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.- Performs other duties as assigned.- Maintain HR KPIs, such as Headcount, turnover, attendance, absenteeism etc.- Performs other duties as assigned.LI-MG3**Qualifications**:**Education level required**- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field**Years and area of experience required**- 3+ years of experience working as a HR Generalist or similar position in the manufacturing industry**Technical knowledge**- Knowledge Mexican Labor Law.- Proven ability to complete full hiring cycle.- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS (Oracle)- Knowledge of Tress System (desired)- Microsoft Office skills.- English 85%.**Soft Skills**- Teamwork.- Negotiation skills.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Results orientation / Strong Sense of Urgency.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees
