**Primary Responsibilities and Duties**

- Develop and maintain competitive and equitable salary structures.
- Conduct market analysis and salary surveys to adjust compensation strategies.
- Design and administer incentive plans, bonuses, and variable compensation.

- Design, implement, and manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, pension plans, and other supplementary benefits.
**Compliance and Regulation**:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and present compliance and audit reports related to compensation and benefits.
**Analysis and Reporting**:
- Perform analysis and reporting on the financial impact of compensation and benefits programs.
**Communication and Training**:
- Provide guidance and training to organizational leaders and HR staff on compensation and benefits policies.
- Effectively communicate policies and changes in compensation.

**Project Management**:
- Lead special projects related to compensation and benefits, such as implementing new tools or processes.
**Required Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge**
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications in compensation and benefits are a plus.
**Language**: Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
**Professional Experience and Knowledge**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in designing and managing compensation and benefits policies.
**Skills**:
- Deep knowledge of labor laws and compensation and benefits regulations.
- Familiarity with Mercer methodology.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in HR analysis tools and related software.
