**Position**:HR Contact Center Associate**What You'll Be Doing**:Answer basic HR policy-related questions for managers, employees and coworkers in Mexico and USA and escalate as appropriate.- Educate clients of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday, HR Connect, and other systems.- Continuously create and define process improve**What We're Looking For**:- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.- Minimum 1 year of HR service center experience or customer service experience in Mexico and USA's inquiries.- Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field required.- Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to, correspondences and other written materials.- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.- Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.- Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.- Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills.- Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette.**What's In It for you?**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
