GDL Connect S de RL de CV is a US company with a Nearshore operation at Guadalajara, Mexico that Specializes in the Mortgage, Real Estate, Insurance and other business solutions with over 15 years of experience in the industry.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The HR coordinator will be responsible for performing a range of HR-related duties on a professional level to support various others teams and departments. This position carries out responsibilities in the following HR areas: compensation & benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, and employment law compliance.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree or similar work experience.
- 3+ years prior HR experience, preferably across different areas.
- CEFR English B2 or higher.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience with HRIS and related systems (Preferable).
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Ability to deliver effective results.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent teamwork and service skills.
- Timely communication and response times according to department standards.
**RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Assists with the adminstration of various HR plans and initiatives across the Company.
- Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provides customer service and support to employees and managers on HR related topics and issues.
- Supports and performs benefits administration.
- Assist with the onboarding process and working in cross functional teams to seamlessly service new employees.
- Collaborates on recruitment including posting positions, participating in the selection and interview process.
- Assists with processing of terminations and off boarding.
- Supports other teams and departments with the performance management program.
- Creates and maintains employee files and records and compiles reports from the HRIS and other HR systems.
- Able to comply with the policies and procedures outlined in the Company Handbook.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
