**Position Summary**

We're looking for an _adaptable_ and _resourceful_ individual to lead our Human Resources department. This new position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in HR, a hands-on approach to recruiting, and the ability to assist with office administration. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy being part of a growing team, we'd love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**

**HR and Recruitment**:

- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Foster a positive work environment and provide support for employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with basic labor laws and regulations.

**Office Administration**:

- Assist the Office Manager with coordinating activities, events and meetings with the employees.
- Support planning of company events and employee engagement activities.
- Act as a go-to person for office-related needs and administrative tasks.
- Assist with monthly newsletters and themed holiday decorations.

- Experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset to navigate a growing and evolving company environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes.
