**HR Coordinator**

**Job based in Torreon, Matamoros, Coah. Torreon Plant, E-Systems division**

Lead employee engagement and operational excellence through the establishment/sustainability of high-performance work teams, world-class talent management, and innovative operating practices, strengthening the HR function in service and operational results of the plant as well as promote the organizational values of Lear.

**YOUR TASKS WILL BE**:

- Ensure compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations and the Federal Labor Law.
- Carry out a Rotation and Absenteeism meeting with the production area, to review statistics and implement actions.
- Manage labor conflicts to bring them to a good end. Documentation of claims
- Work environment surveys.
- Implement and execute Human Resources initiatives.
- Maintain constant communication with the Union.
- Follow up on union dues payments.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related
- 2+ years in similar position desirable in Automotive Wiring Harness Industry or in Manufacturing sector
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, with an ability to negotiate and mediate effectively
- Able to work in a collaborative, global environment
- Personal Management
- Able to negotiation with unions
- English level proficient
