**HR Coordinator****Job based in Torreon, Matamoros, Coah. Documentation of claims- Work environment surveys.- Implement and execute Human Resources initiatives.- Maintain constant communication with the Union.- Follow up on union dues payments.**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related- 2+ years in similar position desirable in Automotive Wiring Harness Industry or in Manufacturing sector- Excellent written and oral communications skills, with an ability to negotiate and mediate effectively- Able to work in a collaborative, global environment- Personal Management- Able to negotiation with unions- English level proficientLI-LM1
