From medical equipment rental services to patient support services, we provide end-to-end support tailored to each site's unique needs empowering them to focus on what truly matters — delivering innovative therapies to patients.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.Assess training needs, design training programs, and conduct training sessions.Utilize online learning platforms and tools to facilitate virtual training sessions.Collaborate with a diverse, international team to align HR initiatives with business objectives.QualificationsRequirements:Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industry is highly desirable.Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Languages: Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken), capable of conducting recruitment and training in these languages.Skills:Strong teamwork abilities and a collaborative mindset.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.Creativity and resourcefulness in sourcing candidates and implementing HR strategies.High level of self-motivation and ability to work flexible hours when necessary.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online training tools.Experience in creating and conducting online and in-person training sessions.Knowledge of international HR practices and regulations
