**Position Summary**:**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Work closely with HR Leader, Generalist, Teammate Relations and Recruiting to schedule meetings, communicate with teammates, and provide insight as needed- Serve as a resource to the retail team for HR-system-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and escalates as needed- Ensure all HR system changes are processed accurately and promptly- Provide administrative support, as needed to HRBP (including creating and maintaining headcount & turnover reporting and support with scheduling, coordinating, and preparing for key meetings)- Assist with writing and sending communications to the retail stores regarding HR-related updates- Support with tracking all temporary retail manager assignments across the field- Create, submit, and ensure completion of job requisitions for managers, in partnership with HR generalist and HR operations
