The HR Coordinator will provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions.Core Responsibilities:Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies and procedures.
Advise on performance issues, workplace conflicts, and provide guidance on disciplinary processes in compliance with Mexican labor law.Policy and Compliance: Ensure all HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with Mexican employment regulations.
Communicate policies effectively to employees and managers.HR Projects: Participate in regional HR initiatives and support employee engagement activities that strengthen the company culture.Performance Management: Assist in performance review processes, employee development plans, and coach managers on providing constructive feedback.Training and Development: Coordinate training programs to support professional development and reinforce workplace safety.
Lead sessions on policies, workplace ethics, and diversity and inclusion.HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
Prepare HR metrics reports to help guide decision-making.Compensation and Benefits: Address questions about compensation and benefits specific to Mexico, including IMSS, Infonavit, and other entitlements.
Resolve employee inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.Recruitment and Onboarding: Support recruitment efforts, including organizing orientation sessions for new hires to foster a smooth transition.What you bring to the role:Qualifications:Bilingual – English and Spanish speaking is required.Local to Juarez.Ability to manage confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism.Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Minimum 3 years of HR experience within Mexico.Strong knowledge of employment, labor and payroll laws.Elovate is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer that values equity, diversity, and inclusiveness in the workplace.
