The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. This role will assist with recruitment activities, maintain employee records, assist with payroll processing, and provide administrative support to all employees within the Western Hemisphere of EthosEnergy.We are looking to employ an HR Coordinator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. An HR coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with organizational and time management skills. HR coordinator will demonstrate excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.To ensure success, HR coordinators should display strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, and payroll. This position will report to the assigned VP of HR but will support all teammates within the HR Function.**Responsibilities**:- Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. - Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records. - Assist with the recruitment process by performing pre-employment screenings and issuing employment offer letters, scheduling interviews, etc. - Assist with performance management procedures. - Maintain and update organizational charts and HR data records. - Administer Leave Request System. - Perform new hire orientations and update records of new staff. - Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. - Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects. - Support other assigned functions. - Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.**Required Skills / Knowledge**:- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures - Ability to work independently under general direction - Ability to problem solve and handle non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interpreting guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software - Excellent communication and people skills - written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish - Ability to maintain confidential information - Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach - Process and detail-oriented - Good judgment and the ability to ask for help when needed - Ability to work with diverse and strong personalities to drive results in a fast-paced environment**Experience**:- 2 to 3 years of Human Resource experience is required; HR experience in energy/construction/manufacturing is desired
