Lead and convene community partners & influencers to identifyconsistent community needs, champion CitibImportante Banco efforts and support to address these issues. Represent CitibImportante Banco at public events, community meetings, and visibility opportunities. Identify and understand businesses and how to leverage their respective culture, communication and engagement. Effectively supervise the activity of others and create teamwork and accountability. Seek out and promote alliances with internal áreas to promote a culture of engagement, collaboration and great results. Coordinate the planning and execution of projects in good time and in appropriate manner according to the goals and objectives of the área. Support the General Manager in the elaboration of the strategic plan. Analyze and implement actions that make possible the continuous improvement of the projectsand activities of the área with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Propose new projects aligned to the goals and objectives of the área. Carry out the administrative and control processes as a resuom the activities of the área in charge.
