You bring a passion for data, strong analytical skills, endless curiosity, comfortability with asking questions, and the technical skills to pull it all together.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- SQL/data analytics experience
- HR technology experience.
- Strong attention to detail and high commitment to accuracy
- Strong presentation skills including building meaningful materials, presenting effectively to leadership, and responding to questions on-the-fly based on in-role business context and acumen.
- ** In-depth experience with Excel including pivot tables, lookups, graphing and charting functionality.
