The role involves working closely with various stakeholders within the HR function, including HRIS teams, HR functional teams and HR business partners.**What will you be doing?**- Develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards for HR data across all systems and processes.- Monitor and ensure compliance with data governance policies, procedures, and standards.- Collaborate with HRIS, and HR functional teams to identify data gaps, recommend data collection strategies, and ensure data quality and consistency.- Develop and implement data quality control measures and tools to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and errors.- Develop and deliver training programs and resources to support the adoption of data governance policies, procedures, and standards.- Proactively develop and execute plans to improve customer satisfaction with a focus on processes.- Manage escalation and takes ownership for ultimate issue resolution.Qualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics or related field of study
