**BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A HR DATA INTERN****SENIORITY LEVEL**:INTERSHIP**FUNCTION**: HUMAN RESOURCES**LOCATION**:MONTERREY**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**This role is part of Human Resources.The role is responsible for assisting the budget preparation for salaries in LANCAR.**Reports to**:HR Data Analyst**Reporting Level**:Non-Managerial**Geographic Scope**:LANCAR**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Support in the process of recovery of salary expenses to other countries.- Interaction with various markets and HRBPS on different issues.- Performing different calculations of salary expenses, benefits, and social charges.- Analyze data in Excel.- Present results of your analysis and results obtained in the process to management.- Support in the preparation of Headcount tracker of the cluster.**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**- Studies: Administration, Finance, Economics, International relations, Industrial Engineering- Fluent English (Advanced)- Advanced Excel- Not planning to go on Academic Exchange within the next 12-18 months- Able to work preferably 5 days a week (30 Hours)- Have strong analytical skills and good communication skills.- Organizational skills, ability to prioritize- Be a proactive person- Have experience in extracurricular activities during college, such as research, board of directors, leadership groups or exchanges**BENEFICIAL**- Power BI- Internship/working experience, preferably in Human Resources
