**Descripción de puesto**:This customer-focused, highly motivated, and relationship dedicated individual is responsible for developing learners' analytics from multiple streams of data, interpret & analyze trends, develop meaningful story/recommendation and communicate the information in a logical concise way. In addition, this position is also responsible to support the implementation, coordination of CEMEX University and all its associated courses.**Principales responsabilidades**:- Responsible to support deployment strategy, program evaluation, budget management, course materials for CEMEX University across the US- Provide both on demand and scheduled analysis and reports to support decision making on CEMEX University advancement- Partner with stakeholders for participant selection efforts for CEMEX University courses and manage communications with participants- Work closely with business leaders to assess organizational capabilities, performance, learning requirements and objectives- Design learning courses and activities that use varieties of instructional design strategies, to ultimately ensure that learning goals and objective were obtained.- Evaluate data and metrics to assess performance and results- Identify skills gaps and training needs**Retos del puesto**:- Highly analytical person with ability to consolidate and track training information, analyze patterns, and make recommendations.- Seek solutions and alternatives on how to reach hourly employee with training courses and programs.- Work with a multi-disciplinary teams with different learnings needs, be able to provide customized solutions.**Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos**:Academic:- Bachelor's in business administration, Engineering, Human Resources, or any related field.**Experience**:- 3+ years of experience in HR related experience.- Experience managing projects related to digital Learning & Development or related fields.- Experience in designing, developing, and assessing learning content.Required knowledge:- English: Advanced.- Proficient in MS Office.- Proficient in visualization tools: Power BI, Tabelau, etc.**Relaciones**:Internal:- Supervisors- CEMEX University Committee- Field HRBP'sExternal:- External Vendors**Diversidad e Inclusión en CEMEX**:In CEMEX, we know that the world and business is filled with diverse people.
