- The purpose of the HR Development Coordinator is to support HR activities to ensure procedures and projects right execution to maintain business and customer needs aligned.
What your day will look like:
- Be ambassador and diffuser of the values and behaviors of the company.
- Relationship with other areas for effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure Talent Development administration.
- Support on strategic Talent projects, coordinating talent activities within business areas.
- Support on communication, administrative and collaboration activities for the function (monthly reports, communication boards, meetings, etc.)
- Works as an active partner for customer, agreements and action plan follow up.
- Build area processes analytics.
Are you up for the challenge?
- 1-2 Years of Talent Development experience.
- Education: Bachelor´s Degree (Engineer, Management or related to Human Resources career).
- Skills: Intermediate English, Leadership, Effective Communication, Project Management, High Impact Presentations.
- Knowledge of Windows (excel, power point) intermediate level, Power BI, Data Analysis, Microsoft 360, Sharepoint.
