This results-driven HR professional will design and implement the HR strategic roadmap for the region to ensure HR tools, policies, systems and processes meet a diverse and growing workforce to attract and retain talent, and to meet quality and compliance requirements. They will provide HR leadership, advice and direction to managers and employees in areas such as recruiting, onboarding, talent development, succession planning, organizational development, performance management, workforce planning, compensation and compliance. They will also lead and develop a high performing HR team to deliver quality functional guidance, business insights and service to the internal client base.Your TeamThis position will have 8-10 direct reports and manage a team of approximately 130 with a charge to lead a team of HR professionals to make significant contributions to the HR function and the company overall to support 6,000+ employees in manufacturing and the engineering center in Mexico
