This role is ider someone that is lookir professional growth, the ability to create & improve process and procedures.You will be working within a global team, partnering with the Europe & Asia HR region directors, identifying, and evaluating the strengths & challenges nd and implement the best HR and practices.As an HR Director you will be a strategic partner in the accomplishment of regional plans through initiatives that attract and retain talent, develop employees and leaders, and align business unit goals and objectives.**Responsibilities**:Attract, develop, and retain talent by driving talent acquisition initiatives, conducting on-boarding programs, assisting managers with the recruitment and interview process.Develop, Communicate, and Implement company policies and procedures designed to improve productivity, engagement, business results and a healthy and safe work environment.Manage Employee Relations with tact providing an open-door policy to encourage dialogue.
