You-ll Be Responsibr
This is a new role created to accomplish a successful expansion of Multi-Wing in North America, a position where you will have the opportunity to be part of tture of a dynamist growing, and profitable company.
You will be responsibr the HR North America Region assuring the best HR practices are in place. In this role you will be managing HR activities, providing HR suppor the managers and employees at all levels, ensuring best possible performance and business partnering. This role is ider someone that is lookir professional growth, the ability to create & improve process and procedures.
You will be working within a global team, partnering with the Europe & Asia HR region directors, identifying, and evaluating the strengths & challenges nd and implement the best HR and practices.
As an HR Director you will be a strategic partner in the accomplishment of regional plans through initiatives that attract and retain talent, develop employees and leaders, and align business unit goals and objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
Attract, develop, and retain talent by driving talent acquisition initiatives, conducting on-boarding programs, assisting managers with the recruitment and interview process.
Develop, Communicate, and Implement company policies and procedures designed to improve productivity, engagement, business results and a healthy and safe work environment.
Manage Employee Relations with tact providing an open-door policy to encourage dialogue. Supportand promote employee engagement.
Partnering with leaders to understand the company, teams, and individuals
- goals, develop strong relationships to consult and coach the leaders at all levels.
Provide support to employees in various HR related matters including leave of absence, worker-s compensation, benefits sign up.

Bachelor-s or master-s degree in Human Resources
Minimum of -7 years of successful, hands-on HR Importante empresa HR generalist/ HRBP/ HR Manager Importante empresa.
Knowledge in the effective talent sourcing and recruitment strategies to meet the needs of business using the appropriate mix of internal and rnal recruitment, effectively supports the Talent Acquisition process through preparation of job descriptions, job advertisements and related activities with the internal and rnal recruitment programs.
Thorough understanding of Mexico employment law, regulations, and practices
