- Responsible of all legal labor compliance process and policies.
Follow up of internal and external labor conflicts/concerns with employees.
Support the Sr HR Manager and HR Manager in the implementation of HR policies and procedures according to the company policies.
Responsible of the follow up of labor law and new changes to accomplish federal labor regulations.
Managers and Supervisors advisor on legal compliance, policy guidance and disciplinary procedures to accomplish internal working rules.
Responsible of the working environment committee, actions plan and follow up of all the employee grievances/concerns/ideas presented by them.
Responsible of strategies implementation to improve employee relations through working environment committee according to the organization requirements.
Responsible of employee's termination contract process.
Manage labor grievances, concerns and whistleblowers as needed by investigating circumstances of incident, validity of claims, adherence to contract policies and completion of resolution procedures.
Coordinate with HR and other departments to create and sustain positive employee relations and facilitate effective communications between employees and supervisors.
Responsible to generate reports that allow to make recommendations to the management, evaluate the efficiency of the department and detect significant trends.
**Experiência y requisitos**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in labor relations or related career/experience or related.
Experience:
- Previous: + 8 years in similar position.
