Objective: As Finance and HR Administrator, your goal will be to provide support and assistance in various administrative, financial, and human resources tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Reconciliation of income, expenses, and bank transactions for group companies.
- Work in Odoo for accounting processes to support the generation of financial statements.
- Support monthly cash flow reports, financial closing, and income reporting.
- Cash flow projection for the month.
- Support in human resources management, attendance tracking, vacation control, and general incidents.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding process, from facilitating content and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support in programs of employee benefits, initiatives, policies, engagement, and performance management projects.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing administrative and operational activities in general.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, finance, industrial engineering or related field.
- Previous experience of two years in a similar position.
- Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner, prioritizing tasks according to urgency.
- Interest in working in different areas of a Shared Services Center
- Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Good ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Odoo or any ERP
- Experience with Hi Bob and Workable or any ATS or HR system.
- Experience in agile and high-growth companies.
