As HR GBS EDM Regional Lead you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a HR GBS Regional Director.

**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:

- Education**:Bachelor's degree (Computer sciences/systems is an advantage)
- At least 5 years of working experience in similar role
- Knowledge of HR Systems: Kronos, SuccessFactors, or related.
- Outstanding communication and leadership
- Analytical mind and excellent problem-solving abilities
- MS Office - Advanced
- English: Proficient (B2+)

**Additional requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of payroll management,
- Proven record of projects related to Global Business Services,
- Advanced knowledge of management information process.
- Knowledge of coordinating work groups (presential and remote)
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Knowledge of legal legislation: IMSS, Infonavit, SAT,
