As HR GBS Generalist Analyst you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to HR GBS Generalist Supervisor

**Your Task will be**
- Follow current HR policies and improve process
- Change management
- Internal Audits process
- Develop projects to improve HR GBS area

**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:

- Education**:Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years working on HR area in projects and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Human Resources processes
- Microsoft Office
- Advanced
- Power BI
- English
- Proficient.
