**Human Resources Generalist**1. Assists the Human Resources Manager in different activities related to Personnel Management in an Organization.2. Creates files for new personnel and Updates the Employee File Control System in the Employee Data Base to insure the Integrity of the Information as well as a follows up on its Development and Effectiveness to meet the Legal Requirements and the Applicable International Certifications (ISOQS-SA-8000, etc.)3. Supports the Recruiting Process to fill the Vacancies for Direct Positions4. Can Help in the Induction of New Employees to provide an understanding of their Rights and Obligations5. Helps to prepare Legal forms for IMSS (Social Security) and STPS (Labor Secretariat).6. Produces the Department's statistical reports such as: (Absenteeism, Turnover, Exit Interviews, etc.).7. Provides support to the Motivational Programs, Social, Cultural, Recreational and Sporting Events as well as Activities to Support the Community.8. Can Participate in the Payroll Process entering data on (Hiring's, Dismissals, and Modifications, Vacations, Time off from work, Workers on Sick Leave, etc.).9. Executes the Administration of Services provided to Employees such as: Work Certificates, Employee Transportation, Cafeteria or Eating Area Services, Medical Services, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, FONACOT (National Fund for Worker's Purchases on Credit), INFONAVIT (National Fund for Workers Housing), IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) Accident Forms, Low Cost Benefits, Membership Cards (COSTCO, SAMS, Etc.), Discount Cards, Visas, AFORES, Credit Card Promotions, Housing Promotions. Employee Grievances, Etc.10. Supports the Implementation of the Organizational Culture, Designing Organizational Communication Policies (Newsletters, Bulletin Boards, Communication meetings, Kiosks, E-mails, etc.) to inform and to motivate the Company's personnel.11.
