.**Job Purpose**:The Human Resources Generalist serves as a strategic partner and advisor to senior leaders and managers, aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness and positive work culture. This role encompasses responsibilities from HR administration and employee relations to training and development, focusing on the overall success of the company and its employees**.****Responsibilities**- **HR Administration & Legal Compliance**:Create, develop, and manage legal paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle for labor compliance, including contracts, addendums, and termination processes.- Maintain and update HRIS and other databases with employee information.- **Employee Relations & Advisory**:Act as a mediator in resolving employee issues and conflicts, and provide day-to-day people management guidance to line management.- Assess individual employee interactions to enhance job relationships and engagement.- **Training & Development**:Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the company, focusing on both operational aspects and personal development.- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, assessing participant progress and providing feedback.- **Strategic HR Planning**:Conduct thorough analysis of current HR practices, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.- Analyze HR data and metrics for insights and decision-making support.- **Interdepartmental Collaboration**:Coordinate with Finance for new hires' bank account setup and work closely with other departments for consistent processes and procedures.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Specialist, with a preference for experience in a fast-paced and people-focused environment.- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and Mexican employment laws.- Experience in logistics and operations is beneficial.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), HRIS, and e-learning platforms like Zoom and Teams.- HR certification (e.G., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.- English proficiency at a B2 level.**What to expect about our process?**Following the interview, you'll have a client meeting to become their next teammate.
