Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a HR Administrator located in Ericsson Tlaxcala. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and updating payroll records, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, and resolving payroll discrepancies, among other payroll-related tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Shown experience in payroll administration or a related field.
- Understanding of federal and state payroll laws and regulations.
- Experience with payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle critical and confidential information.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.
