Join us and make it happen!****Job Description**:**WHAT YOU'LL DO**- Manage benefits administration and reporting; communicate benefits information to employees- Support recruitment and talent acquisition,- Oversee new employee orientation and training including onboarding, sexual harassment prevention- Guide career exploration with managers and employeesJob Requirements:**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**- A solid understanding of employee investigations to resolve issues- three to five years of HR experience, or seven years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively- System savvy - able to quickly learn our HR systems**EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE**- Experience with HRIS, iCIMS, and Payroll systems; Kronos is a plus**ABOUTYOU**You're an experienced HR professional who thrives on leading change and partnering with the business to achieve results**ABOUT US****Wallenius Wilhelmsen** is an iconic shipping and logistics company with premium end-to-end supply chain management.
