**Summary**:This position is responsible to coordinate the New Hire Orientation for the New Employees. Is also responsible to attend the voluntary terminations, making sure all the proper documentation is complete for the process.This position will also provide Customer Service for the AutoZoners in HR related topics, as well as follow up in Policies making sure people is compliant with them.The HR Generalist will manage the System used to hire interns as well as administrate the scholarship payment, making sure is done in a timely manner.Other duties may be assigned.**Responsibilities**:- Responsible of coordinating New Hire Orientation every Monday for the New Employees, ensuring an excellent experience for the New Employees and effectively communicate the most relevant HR Information the New Employees need to know on their first day- Responsible for the Retention Program, which involves having Face to Face interviews with all the voluntary terms, compiling the reasons to leave and follow up in the reasons in order to improve the Turnover rate- Customer Service for all the DataZone employees making sure they receive a response to their questions/complains in any HR matter/process/policy- Making sure employees are in compliance with policies such as Dress Code, Code of Conduct, etc.- Manage the system used to administrate the Interns in DataZone (CAINTRA) creating internship contracts, attend requests for changes in the system from TA and make sure all internship payments are made in a timely manner every 2 weeks**Requirements**:- **Level of formal education**: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.- **Area of study**:Human Resources, Business Administration or related- **Years of experience**:3-5 years- **Type of experience**:- Experience in HR processes- Experience handling New Hire Orientation/Onboarding for New Employees- Experience in Labor Relations- Experience providing customer service for employees and problem resolution- Bilingual English-Spanish. Able to have fluent conversations in English- Able to prioritize tasks properly and negotiation skills- Intermediate use of Excel and MS Office in general- Knowledge and understanding in "LFT", "IMSS", "INFONAVIT"- Analytical and communication skills**Other/preferred**:Any HR or Labor Relations certifications or trainings is a plus
